Privacy policy
NTEK System Co., Ltd. ("the Company") publishes this policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related concerns promptly.
1. Why we process personal information
We process personal information to (i) receive and answer enquiries, (ii) send product and technical documents, (iii) discuss pilots and deployments, and (iv) prevent abuse and keep the service stable. We will ask for consent before using it for anything else.
2. What we process
Enquiry form — required: name, company, email address. Optional: country, purpose, equipment type, number of assets, deployment preference, your message. Collected automatically: IP address, browser user agent, time of access.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for three years from the date the enquiry is closed, then destroyed. Automatically collected data is kept for one year. Where a statute requires a longer period, that period applies.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where a statute specifically requires it or where an investigative authority requests it through the procedure set out in law.
5. Processing entrusted to others
Server operation and data storage are entrusted to Amazon Web Services, Inc. Data is held in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) region and is not transferred abroad.
6. Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period passes or the purpose is met. Electronic records are deleted by a method that prevents recovery; printed records are shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may ask at any time to see your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, or to have its processing suspended. Contact us in writing or by email at the address below and we will act without delay. A representative acting for you must provide a letter of authority.
8. How we protect it
Administrative — the number of staff handling personal information is kept to a minimum and access rights are managed. Technical — access control, passwords stored hashed, access logs kept and reviewed, and no external access to the database. Physical — operated from an access-controlled data centre.
9. Automatic collection, and how to refuse it
The public site uses browser local storage to remember your language, which does not identify you. The admin interface uses a cookie to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics trackers. You can refuse storage in your browser settings; the public site works either way.

12. Changes to this policy
This policy applies from its effective date. If it is added to, removed from or amended because of a change in law or in the service, we will post the change on this site seven days before it takes effect.
